Hey all,

Getting ready to pull the trigger to order my sub to finish my HT.

Room is about 2300 cu ft, looking for anyone who has seen heard both. the cost is not an issue between the two, just want to make sure I am not getting overkill if I order the PB12. Mostly movies will be coming out, about 80%. Room has two openings so there could be loss there, so I am trying to factor that in. I have emailed SV asking them this. I am also working on a layout of my room to upload and possibly send them.

Andy.

Remember this,

There can never be "Overkill" when it comes to a subwoofer. There can only be "Headroom".

And you never want to be thinking, "Should I have gotten the other subwoofer?"

That is what I was thinking. Decided to go with the PB12-Plus anyway

Don't stop now, The PB12-Plus/2 is calling your name. LOL

Really have you thought about the PB12-NSD/2 instead?

Yea, you can never get to much headroom...I just picked up my second 20-39 and all I can say is holly crap...I thought I had base before.

Good choice with the Plus....you will be happy that you took the extra step up from the PB-12NSD (which is no slouch at all and probably would have knocked your socks off)

Here's a question, PB12-NSD or 20-39 PCi. 599 is my max price range and both of these subs are the same price.

Well the 20-39 PCi is a "Girly" tube sub. And the PB12-NSD is a "Manly" box sub. Which one are you? LOL

E-mail SVS and ask that's your best bet.

Well...the tube sub looks more like a "manly" appendage to me, and we all know a thing or two about "boxes" right?

I changed my mind though, I can splurge for the 16-46 PCi.
