Petition for release of BREAKING AWAY (1 Viewer)

I've heard that Fox owns the rights to this wonderful movie, but has archived it with no plans on a release. I think this is a crime since it's one of the best coming-of-age films ever made (IMO)
It also won the academy award for Best Original Screenplay (1980) and contains an ensemble cast including Dennis Quaid, Daniel Stern, and Dennis Christopher. Ahh, who can resist a story of love and Italian bike racing -- what an inspiration!! You gotta love the "cutters"!
How does one officially get a petition started so Fox can at least get this title on their radar?
