I've got a few DVD-A cases that are cracked and I'm looking for an online store to purchase empty DVD-A cases. Anyone know of a store that sells the replacement DVD-A cases?

You could also try contacting Super Jewel Box directly through their website www.superjewelbox.com . Awhile back when I received a broken case, they gladly sent me a few free replacement cases at no charge. Of course at that time, it was impossible to get a replacement case anywhere else. Their policy may have since changed, but it is worth a try.
