B&W Nautilus 800 series (1 Viewer)

I want to sell my B&W 601's and upgrade. I already know what I want up step up to: a pair of B&W 805's. The one thing that's holding me back is I don't want to buy the N805's and 4 monts later have B&W announce a N800 series 2. That already happened to me with my series 2 601's.

So my question is, how long has the N800 series been around? 4-5 years now? And, has anyone heard about upgrade plans?

Rumors going around the net are that B&W will replace the Nautilus line late in '04. It's only speculation; nothing official. The replacements may come only after B&W cleans up its lower lines. The company just introduced the 700 series to replace the CDM NT series, which was the replacement for the CDM SE series but lasted only about two or three years. B&W is still offering the CM line, only it doesn't seem to stand out over the 600 line.
