It will be next-to-impossible to return an opened disc to Best Buy unless you have the receipt and can attest that it's *really* defective in some way. Actually...it *is* defective so that's not lying. But really how many of us still have our recepts after all these months???
Haven't heard any reply either. They were very quick in responding to my request about Holy Grail and I sent this email to the same address. Maybe they've been told not to respond to avoid the issue? Anyone have a phone number to call Columbia Customer Service???
