Anyone hear anything back from Columbia? How easy is it gonna be to return the disc to Best Buy?

still no response from Columbia to my email.

It will be next-to-impossible to return an opened disc to Best Buy unless you have the receipt and can attest that it's *really* defective in some way. Actually...it *is* defective so that's not lying. But really how many of us still have our recepts after all these months???

That's why Columbia needs to do a swap.

Same info, I sent an email and even gave the dates

as an example of a new Annie DVD.

I got a notice that the email was reviewed,

but no comments came back.

Still waiting, I guess, tomorrow, tomorrow.

Haven't heard any reply either. They were very quick in responding to my request about Holy Grail and I sent this email to the same address. Maybe they've been told not to respond to avoid the issue? Anyone have a phone number to call Columbia Customer Service???
