Wireless HT!? (1 Viewer)

So im in charge of getting my dad a wireless home theater system..I myself have a full 7.1 Ascend setup and alot of sub!! but i know nothing about wireless systems. As soon as he said Bose though i had to step in...He didnt really give me a budget but anywhere from $5-$1200 would probably be a good price range. Also wires are not an option at all so i know im going to loose some sound quality for the price and possibly interference however there is no changing his mind..so no wires it is..Ive seen a few wireless htib's but im not sure thats the way to go. Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've never seen a fully wireless HTiB, but a few that have wireless rear modules. Panasonic has a nice one, for example. PAN SCPT650, I think.

You do realize, though, that wireless speakers are either going to require ridiculous battery replacement or to be constantly plugged in. Wires will be involved, in one way or another.
