My two seconds of fame were shown on KVBC (NBC) the other night on the high school sports segment, Operation Football.

I'm apart of my high school's spirit club, but the more "popular" end of it is called the Blazer Crazies. A bunch of us (mostly the jocks, and a few girls) go to all the basketball games and be loud and totally annoying. It's fun. So I was on it and KVBC even gave us a shout out. One of the finest moments in my life (better than when I had intimate relations with a woman).

I was on TV once too. I was being interviews in a record store, and all I remember is that I must have looked like a complete idiot, becuase I kept leaning down and talking directly into the microphone every time I answered a question.

Wow, you got on bug-free too!
If I got on TV now I'd probably say why I hate TV and that anyone watching was an idiot. I drove by the state capitol a few days ago and a newscast was setting something up right on the street- I wanted to drive by when they were on the air and yell "TV Sucks!!"
BTW I've always loved how they give high school sports tons of media attention, but zilch to anything academic :rolleyes
