I went and saw the play "An American in Paris" based on the 1951 movie so that counts right? Amazing sets in this play. The play it's self if very artsy if you want to see it.

So before the private screening of Heat Directors Definitive Edition I had not watched this movie in some time. So after seeing it on the big screen I was up for seeing it again since I have the WB blu-ray released around 2009. Was it my imagination or is this cut the same as the directors definitive edition? They sure seemed the same to me. I still love this movie and it is one of my all time favorites!

I really liked and enjoyed it.

I bought two more 4K UHD titles.
Both are blind purchases.
Resident Evil: The Final Chapter
Fast and Furious 7 (I wanted a DTS X track to test out on my new system)
I'll watch both in the next few days.
