Value of a SVS 16-46PCi (1 Viewer)

I have a friend who has a 16-46PC-Plus subwoofer that he picked up in early December. He is thinking of selling it and taking my PB12-Plus/2. Can someone give us a idea of what he should/try and get outta it.
