Can't believe I get to be the first one to mention this one:
MARRIED...WITH CHILDREN
Pleeeaaaaase Columbia!
I'd also like to throw my support to Brisco County Jr.
Greg, MwC is usually something *I* would mention. But we're really just asking for the same shows we always inevitably ask for in a thread like this. In fact, the only new vote I see for is "Curb Your Enthusiasm".
If someone asks for "Small Wonder", THEN we'll be looking at something new and different! :p)
But I DO have some good news for Mr. Show fans: A fan who visited the "Hooray for America" show reports that "at the very end, Bob announced that Season 3 or Mr. Show will be coming out in April of next year, and Season 4 will be out in about a year from now. This is a tentative date, however." I don't have any verification of this, not yet, but it makes sense on several levels.
But even if it's up-in-the-air info, I thought y'all might like a good rumor to stew over. Yawn; it's early. I'm gonna go jump in the shower and try to wake up!
The following unnanounced shows I'd definitely buy:
Alice Benson Bewitched (with rumors of a movie version, perhaps this is a possibility) The Bob Newhart Show Cagney & Lacey Cheers The Cosby Show Designing Women Diff'rent Strokes The Facts of Life (consider combining seasons 1 & 2, as collectively they only have 29 episodes) Fame Family Ties Fernwood 2Night Futurama (region 1) Garfield & Friends Gimme a Break The Golden Girls Good Times Green Acres Hill Street Blues I Dream of Jeannie Kate & Allie King of the Hill Mama's Family Married with Children Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman Maude Newhart Night Court One Day at a Time Punky Brewster Roseanne St. Elsewhere Silver Spoons Soap Taxi The Vicar of Dibley WKRP in Cincinnati (original music ONLY) Webster What's Happening The Wonderful World of Disney (1954-1983 episodes)
There are many I want but my top 5 not yet announced for DVD would be: 1.) American Gothic 2.) Millenium 3.) Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea 4.) The Flintstones (Original 6 Prime Time Seasons) 5.) Family Affair (Original)
Top Ten would include:
6.) Hercules - The Legendary Journeys 7.) Land of the Giants 8.) SeaQuest 9.) Three's Company 10.) Man From U.N.C.L.E.
WIND AT MY BACK
I LOVE this Canadian show about a family in depression-era Ontario. Any talk of releasing this on DVD in Canada? It's available on VHS.
Also, those Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts they advertise on late night TV...but so far they're only on VHS.
The Fugitive (1963-1967).
The Andy Griffith Show (first five seasons are the only ones worthy however).
Leave It To Beaver.
The Dick Van Dyke Show.
The Tony Randall Show.
Jonny Quest (orig. 1964 series; 26 episodes).
Person to Person With Edward R. Murrow.
Perry Mason.
Family Ties.
The Carol Burnett Show.
Dallas.
60 Minutes.
Rhoda.
The West Wing (region 1).
Everybody Loves Raymond.
