Hope this is the correct forum. can anyone out there tell me how to, if possible, hook up my PS2 to a computer monitor?

Two options:
1) Get a $40 S-Video capture card for your PC
2) The Redant VGA Adapter
Option #1 will give you the best quality, provided you have a PC hooked up to the VGA monitor. I've had the Redant, it worked but the line doubler processing is nothing compared to what a good computer can do.
