Panasonic S27 rasing error (1 Viewer)

Hey all,

Was watching One Hour Photo last tonight when the picture froze and the error H03 displayed on the dvd player display. I couldn't stop, rw, ff, or eject the dvd.

I powered off, unplugged, plugged back in and powered back on, it couldn't read the disk and eventually displays the H03 again and I still can't eject the disk.

Any thoughts?

Darren, have you tried any other discs in the meantime?

How is he supposed to try another disc if it won't eject? Somehow I doubt he wants to crack the case, finagle the disc out, and then slip another one in! [I actually had to extract a disc from an LD machine this way once, and you can bet I didn't want to put in another until I had the tray working.]

Right,

I can't eject the dvd, so trying another one is not an option right now.

I can't even get through on Panasonic's support number as it isn't available to my 'calling area'. Figures.

I've got a call into the place I bought it from. I guess we will see what happens.

You'd think there would be some sort of documentation on what the different codes mean, but I can't find any.
