Hell in the pacific is a day 1 buy for me. I don't understand why this has never made it to blu but I'm happy Kino is doing the title justice and is releasing it in a deluxe format. Is the alternate (Boorman's original) ending going to be in HD? I am curious if there was any discussion with Boorman about replacing the studio imposed ending with his own? Can't wait to listen to his director commentary, the stories about the shoot in his memoir are incredible.

Hell in The Pacific is a really good movie . With Marvin and Mifune at their best . I really like this film . And Ten Little Indians is a nice surprise . I will get it because I'm a big fan of the novel and want any version that i can find . But add Welles and Oliver Reed . Oh and let's not forget Elke Sommer . Nice.

Wow! The OSS 117 films! Kudos to KL for doing this! If I didn't already have the French blu rays I'd JUMP for this! Here's hoping KL has access to other '60s Eurospy titles!

Really looking forward to these and the Maigret films, not to mention the Republic serials and Sunset in the West, Kino has really been on a roll lately! MisterLime, is there any chance that Kino might release some more Louis Feuillade serials, like Tih Minh or Barrabas? Your blu-ray of Fantomas was excellent!

am i wrong wasn't KINO preparing a blu ray of SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER?

That's coming from Twilight Time this year.

I'd love to see Kino get their hands on Ash Wednesday, a Paramount film from 1973 with Elizabeth, Henry Fonda and Helmut Berger, and produced by Dominick Dunne. It never got a DVD release and has quite a cult following... I routinely get questions about it through my website/FB page from Taylor fans looking for it.

One of my favorite guilty pleasures, and a definite day-one purchase.

In the documentary "Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films", Stewart has a good sense of humor about this film, so I am looking forward to the extras as well.

Thanks once again, Kino and Mr. Lime.
