Hi everyone,

I've just purchased a new receiver/amp for my home theater system and have a problem connecting to my older Sub. The new receiver has one RCA jack for the Sub and the Sub has two inputs L& R. It is a powered sub.

Here is the models:

Receiver/amp

Yamaha RX-V463

SUB

Cerwin Vega HT S10A

Is it possible to use this Sub? How to connect?

Thanks for any help!!

On most subs, you use one connection, either left or right. If one isn't specificaly marked "Mono", then use either one. Some people choose to buy a 'Y' cable, but IMHO it's not necessary.
