need help with movie name (1 Viewer)

I saw parts of it on tv late at night and am interested in giving it a rent. I tried the IMDB, but my searches came up empty.

It starred Micheal Caine and he was young. I'm pretty sure it was black and white. He was a Rolls Royce driver who picked up a woman at a truck stop where his friends seemed to hang out.

Anybody got any ideas?

I've yet to see Caine's award winning Alfie, but if it has a car explode in it, then that's what is in Goldmember.

My suspicion was due to Goldmember featuring a cover of the theme from Alfie by Hoffs. I need to see more Caine films obviously (you would think it would be hard to avoid them considering his list of work).
