And no not buying these movies again after the 4K Blu-ray, lmao! I think I have done my part. ;)

That's the right decision Dave. Is there really going to be a BD higher than 4K???
Heck, I can't tell the difference between 2K and 4K!!!

Yeah... where I can see it is in modern, digitally shot stuff, or sometimes with intentionally grainy stuff, where the grain just takes on a life of its own.

Tomorrow besides doing some very over due and very late spring cleaning. I am putting on my viewing list the 2nd film from The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug on 4K blu-ray Extended Edition. I am viewing the extended cuts for The Hobbit for the first time.

Despite 2020 being a horrible year for a number of reasons as I think of Thanksgiving I realize that I have a beautiful a/v system and a library that is growing.

My 4K library when it was begining! Just 42 titles in 4K!

IMG_9368.jpg

This is the 4K library now and with a high quality a/v system to enjoy it all and even enjoy HD content upconverted to 4K! Doesn't include standard HD Blu-rays in my library! Not adding anymore titles unless I get a Best Buy or Amazon gift card for Christmas! It is totally possible that the 4K library could catch up with the number of HD titles in 2021. Since that first photo above I have added almost 200 4K titles!

December 10th, 2020
237 4K Blu-ray Titles (Last count 235) Goal of 200 by January 1st, 2021
279 HD Blu-ray Titles 9/9/20 (Last count 275)
165 SD DVD

That is really strange because I can see them on the original post and the repost.
Post 1227 & 1230

Does it just show a blank space or broken link? The pictures seemed to upload just fine and I can see both post where the pictures appear so that is very odd.

I don't get the image with the red "x." I see the file names which end in .jpg.

But I CAN see your images in Post #1226 and earlier.

It's a head-scratcher.
