Suspend disbelief is right; I kept expecting Ford's character to have a heart attack. A weak but watchable movie, with a ludicrous final act and lots of inane twists and turns.
Harrison Ford needs to retire. His performance in the film almost ruined it. I cannot imagine him as Indy Jones; I will be an embrassment all around. I'm sorry to be so harsh. His performance in Firewall reminded me of John Wayne's in McQ; a Sr. Citizen trying to keep up with the young men. Otherwise I thought this film was okay.
It was pretty decent until the end. It got quite boring once it went from a technology caper to a shootout at a remote house.
The only thing that made this film worthwhile for me was the inclusion of "Chloe" from 24. It caught me by surprise that she had such a big roll in this film. Unfortunately, her performance was that of .... Chloe. It's like this actress wasn't given the opportunity to show more range outside of the TV show we watch every week.
Not a great film -- but then again, there just aren't any great films coming out of Hollywood anymore. All sequels or utter crap!
