According to "Ask Ausiello" from TV Guide's Website, Sofia Milos will not be returning to CSI:Miami this fall. Here's the website and the info:

I'm really bummed about this, and hope we don't hear that Emily Procter is leaving as well after the events that transpired in the finale.

1) Like some of those who posted above, I think Procter is the best thing about CSI: Miami. So I have to disagree with your statement.

2) She isn't leaving. The usually well-informed Elyse's CSI Site reported back on June 2nd that Procter had signed up for the new season.

As much as I miss her as Ainsley Hayes, she is one of the few good reasons to watch CSI: Miami.

CSI Files.com reports that both Emily Procter and Botti Bliss (Valera) will both return next season.
