I'm near the purchase of a new system. I plan to use a Sony ES 100 X 7 reciever and SVS cylinder. For the fronts and rears, I've narrowed it down to three brands, mainly due to the info on this site. Thanks. So which do you guys think the most of for 100% movies?

Axiom M3Ti's & matching center

Ascend 170's & matching center

Paradigm mini's and matching center

I need a set that is tight, not overly bright, natural, and non fatiging at higher levels. Thanks for your input.

I am just a newbie so i can't give you a expert opinion, but I just ordered my 170's the other day. I would like to see the comments on this topic as well-

I haven't heard the Axioms or Ascends. The Paradigms can sound bright and fatiguing with some receivers IMO. The matching center for the Mini Monitors is the cc370.

I replaced Minis with 170s and no longer pine for Studio 20s.

I haven't heard the Axioms but do know that the M22 is generally considered comparable to the 170s.
