How low do rear surrounds need to go in a 5.1 setup? The ones that I am looking at say 70, but the next step up claim 55? Do I need the 55?

I am debating on the level 2 or level 3 in-ceilings. 2 sets will be for surrounds so thinking level 2 on those and the 3rd set will be for listening in the bedroom which will be all music so thinking the level 3 with 8" would be more musical. Thoughts? Anyone ever heard their bookshelves...

Looking at this set for the bedroom...Speakers are very small and sounds pretty good for the smaller size and sub/sat system. Can this set take medium to high volume levels and produce good bass? Will be used probably 70 HT and 30 Music.
