$200 5.1 receiver needed (1 Viewer)

I would like component ins/outs if possible. Have seen Yamaha HTR-5730 and 5740 and the 5740 looks like it would fit the bill. This is a beginner's system running the Dayton sub and probably bookshelves all around.

Thoughts? Opinions? Help!

Would like to purchase locally so Best Buy, CC, Ultimate, Sears, Nebraska Furniture, etc.

Nice price for sure.... Doesn't look like you can wrong with it. very full featured, the component video switching states HD Compatibility... Seems good.
