This is driving me crazy...for the past week or so, the message will pop up when I go into Yahoo, or a few other websites.

It proceeds to freeze my internet session, and I have to use ctrl-alt-delete to get out of internet explorer.

I'm running IE 5.5 and haven't done anything different to my pc. I am running Norton Anti Virus and Zone Alarm, but I've had those going for a long time.

Any idea why this is happening, and what it means??

Thanks
Alfer

DDHelp.exe is the "DirectX Helper". My guess is it handles graphics, sound, etc. in IE.

Did you install any new games, or DirectX updates on your system recently? Perhaps updating DirectX will fix your problem.
