Webpopup - WindowsXP (1 Viewer)

Has anyone with XP been getting this webpopup ads on their screen? It just started a couple days ago. The first one was an ad on who to contact to display your ad on Windows XP users. The ad said it will only show up on XP. I haven't installed any additional software lately. And it doesn't show up in an Internet Explorer window. As a matter of fact it pops up even if I have no programs running. Microsofts Knowledge Base doesn't show any results for a search.

What a pain in the a**, I just recently started getting that junk too. Check out Link Removed for an easy way to prevent it. I shut off the service as described & it worked like a charm.
