Video Now Out of business? (1 Viewer)

Anyone know if this Video Now (Canadian company) is still in business? They have a title I ordered and paid for on backorder for the last 6 months. I decided to cancel and the email I sent comes back as not deliverable (too many emails on their server that have not been downloaded was the explanation). I've tried to phone and get no answer. Fax number is dosconnected. I've been to Video Now's website and they still adverstise new titles for sale. It appears they are out of business and they got $21 of mine

Anyone here know anyting more?

So they billed you before they shipped? Did you happen to call your CC company and let them know what was going on, and that they should note on your account that you may be contesting this charge if the merchandise dosen't ship?
