Has anybody ever seen THE TRIALS OF OSCAR WILDE (aka THE MAN WITH THE GREEN CARNATION) in 70mm?
It was never shown in London in 70mm but a friend claims that he saw it in Leeds about 1963. I have a copy of a poster that mentions 70mm so it must have been shown somewhere in that format.

That reminds me of a 70mm print of The Battle of Britain that was screened in Leeds but we only had a 35mm 4 -Track mag print in London.

Being as it was shot in horizontal Technirama I would imagine it had a 70mm release, so many of them did back in those days.
