According to www.tvshowsondvd.com The first season of the live action tv series Adventures of Sinbad will be released on April 20. The problem is that it is a Canadian only release. But, with them also being a region 1 it is not a problem.

Cool, I'd order that. It was one of those shows created to capitalize on the amazing popularity of Hercules and Xena and mythical beasties, but it never took off quite the same way. Still, it could be fun at times - I think it went two seasons?

Is there any good source of information on Canadian releases? I haven't found any Canadian e-tailers who highlight releases of Canadian programming (I've found the same to be true of Australian TV releases and Australian e-tailers), and the Canadian DVD User Group has been dark for some time. There are a number of Canadian productions I'd love to see come out on DVD (North of 60, more DaVinci's Inquest, more Cold Squad, etc.). Generally speaking, these shows haven't shown up in the US unless you're close to the border.
