Tomorrowland has already taken that honor. No way Jurassic World flops. It is already tracking for a $100 million opening weekend. I think Genesys is still up in the air.

Yeah, JW could be terrible and the fact that it's a known property means that audiences who claim to want to see something new (but never go and see something new) will rush out to see it. The same goes for the new Terminator movie.

Me too. When I first read about it in EW, it sounded horrible and made no sense. I haven't watched or read much sense then other than the trailer and it looked like it could be fun. I like the world so I'll give it a chance.

That said, I am afraid that it isn't going to appeal to most of the moviegoing public and I wouldn't be surprised if Malcolm is correct.
