DVD Empire has Sister Act and Sister Act 2 up for preorder, stating their release date as being November 6th. No artwork, details, or specs yet, though. But it is Disney, and not Warner Brothers, so we can probably expect at least anamorphic widescreen.

According to amazon Sister Act 2 was released on January 18th, 2000 to dvd while Sister Act 1 will be released on November 6th 2001. How odd is that, releasing a sequel on dvd before the original?
