I ordered my RP91 a few days ago, and got a confirmation saying its BACKORDERED. Has anyone heard of any places that have these in stock? J&R is the only place I've found it reasonable...at 509 delivered. I have seen prices quoted around 425-460, though.....any ideas?

Onecall.com had them for 549.00 a few days ago. They had 6 in stock in black.

I got mine from Brian at OneCall for $499. Had it 2 days after I ordered. It was made in December 2001 with the 236 version firmware.

J&R has them in stock? I backordered mine a week or so ago, for $434 shipped. Maybe I should give them a call.

The RP91's from J&R are due in this week, or the first of next week...but they are 499.00, not 434.00.

I'd like to know who you talked to...my salesman told me they've never had them that low.

I just got the latest Crutchfield catalog and they list the black model for $700.00. Expensive, but they probably have them in stock at that price. Maybe you could talk them down.
