I have never seen the movie Psycho but was going to buy the dvd. Is there only one version that is out? How is the picture and sound? Thank you.

One version of the Hitchcock classic? Yes. There's something else, recently made and in color, called Psycho but it is of no interest except as a study in futility and wasted time.

Ditto. Make sure that you get the original Hitchcock version. It's a really good disc with a lot of extras. Sadly it's non-anamorphic.

Note that the original Psycho has also been released with two different covers. Both are the same disc, however. Just make sure it's the 1960 version starring Janet Leigh and Anthony Perkins.
