Protecting Gear (1 Viewer)

I'm planning on moving shortly and am afraid of what the movers might do to my gear. Are there any precautions I should take wrt insurance? It's all sooo expensive!

Welcome to the Forum, John!
Just pack your gear as if you were going to ship it. UPS recommends at least 4” of padding around all surfaces. Most people only do a couple of inches, and that’s how UPS gets out of paying insurance claims. If you pack it 4” you gear will probably survive anything short of being run over by a truck.
