problem with tv-out on a older ati video card (1 Viewer)

Hey all,I figured this would be a good place to ask this as I haven't been able to figure it out.I recently got an older pc to use for storage/dvd watching etc..it has a ATI rage pro turbo 2x card in it,8 meg I think, with s-video out.Now my other pc has video out and I've never had a problem with it before so I know that I know how to use the feature at least.But when i enable the tv display on this pc it displays as a weird double image thing that is all distorted and stretched out.it's almost as if I see 2 or 3 of the same box all warped out.I dled the latest drive for this card off of ATI's website and it seems to be the only driver available for this card..So does anyone have any idea how to fix this?I'd like to use this pc as a dvd player and for watching videos etc. The rest of the pc stats are 350mhz pentium 2 198 mgs ram.

I'd check under the display properties and to see if there's a setting for SVHS output.
