Problem w/ surround speakers on my Onkyo ht-r391 (1 Viewer)

I was watching a movie and suddenly the surround speakers started sounding so more loudly than the front speakers and the noise was so loud that it was distorting, then changed the movie, thinking that was maybe the problem, but it all continued the same and when making the sound tests the front speakers sounded very low and the surround speakers sounded loud but not deafening when a movie was playing... Can someone help me please!?

Enrique,

It sounds like your receiver's level matching settings got changed. You can go into the Setup Menu, then Speakers and Levels to adjust the levels for each channel. You can use a simple SPL meter on your phone to try to make sure that they match.
