Hi please help me, where do I get replacement or similar size, plate circuit Polkaudio subwoofer model PSW110, (220mm X 165mm)? Most of components on circuit boards blown up.

Sorry, I can't help you but parts express had some plate amps but to get one comparable to what came in the PSW110, the cost would be almost as much as the subwoofer.

Myself, I'd just get a new subwoofer. I love my velodyne but they're not the same company anymore. Or just get a cheap plate amp at parts express to hold you over until you have a budget for an upgraded sub.
