I was looking to possibly replace Assault on Precinct 13. Hows the re-issue vs the old Image release?

Also how is Breakdown? Is it a old laserdisc transfer ala: Ghost and the Darkness or Escape From LA?

I know there was another title I was gonna ask you about but i cant remember.

I have the old Image release and was wondering if it was worth upgrading.
