I am looking to upgrade my current Def Tech 15TL with a nicer sub.
My room is a 21X15, I like the sound of the 15" drivers.
My main speakers are B&W CDM-9NT.
Use is about 50/50 movie/music (including SACD/DVD-A).

So far I am leaning between the HGS 15II or X or the SVS (although only 12" there).

I need to have a box shape and the size matters, I need to have a fairly small box (as possible).

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hei guys - I would really appreciate any recommendations you might have for me for a sub, if these are not in your favor.... I am trying to keep my budget at $1500, max.
Thanks.

Those perameters are kind of mutually exclusive.

But, at a budget of $1500, you could have these guys make you a tumult (a beast 15 inch driver) with 2 passive radiators that would crush anything you could buy in a store and the box size qon't be bad at all. This is the way to get the absoute most out of a modest sized cabinet.
