Which is the most famous actress (sorry to discriminate, ladies) and whose nude appearance is the most rare, i.e. she appears nude only once in a studio release and never again appears nude in film?

To qualify as nude, the actress must have displayed derierre and/or breasts, and it must have been a studio release (amateur film and porn does not count), and the actress must be a known quantity.

I think this question, as it is now, is perhaps a bit ambiguous. There are no doubt lots of actresses who have only appeared nude once. I think it would be more interesting to discuss who has appeared nude only once, and was someone you would never have expected to appear nude at all?

Also, I think "rear end only" shouldn't be considered as a nude scene...maybe it's just me, but I don't think a rear end, by itself, with nothing else shown, is that big of a deal.

I think Julie Andrews is a good answer for this version of the question. I would never have thought she would do a nude scene. I'm not that surprised that Denise Richards did one, though.

Special mention should go to Maruschka Detmers for being the only well-regarded actress to engage in an explicit sex scene in a non-pornographic movie.
In the 1986 version of Devil in the Flesh, she performed fellatio on her co-star. If you're not familiar with her, she was in the 1992 film The Mambo Kings.
