Here are four westerns, three of which I think are three of the best westerns ever made, but so overlooked:
1) One-Eyed Jacks, directed by and starring Marlon Brando. The only quality DVD is the recent remaster by Criterion, with superb visual and sound quality, finally.
2) McCabe and Mrs. Miller, by Robert Altman.
3) The Big Trail, beautiful in black and white, the first starring role for John Wayne,
directed by Raoul Walsh.
4) The Appaloosa, again, starring Marlon Brando
