Mama's Family DVD Delay in Canada! (1 Viewer)

Over on Amazon.ca it says Mama's Family: The Complete First Season won't be released until October 10th in Canada! Is this true? Can anyone confirm?

I have no idea, but it won't be enough time for a mea culpa on Warner's part. (They are doing the Canadian release, right?)

I had it on order and received a delay notice from Amazon.ca. That was perfect because after reading about the botch that Warner made of this release, it gave me plenty of time to cancel my order.

Could the reason this is delayed be that Warners realized what an abmination the U.S. release was,and they're getting the unedited episodes to release in Canada?

I would doubt this since the delay is not long enough for them to make that kind of correction. To my knowledge, Warner (Canada) is just a dumping ground for the U.S. releases and have never issued anything which is Canada-specific.
