Looking to add ringtones with Zedge to Galaxy s3 (1 Viewer)

I've downloaded Zedge to access some ringtones for Galaxy S3 but when I try to use these I get a message in the Zedge ringtones box that... !No ringtones available....

I just uninstalled Zedge but of the few ringtones I installed they were accessible
From settings when trying to change a ringtone, they were just there.
There is probably a setting that would allow the phone to see them but I can't Remenber how to do it.
