Looking for advice on LCD TV (1 Viewer)

Hi all.

I would like to buy an LCD TV for the bedrrom. We have a "TV" cabinet that closes and it does not go very deep. Therefore, I beleive that an LCD would be my best choice for an upgrade. Right now I have A TV-VCR Combo - 13"..


I can fit something 18" high and 27" wide in the cabinet. Depth is moot here because anything bigger in a CRT will not fit.

Anyone have suggestions on a good LCD that would suit my needs?----------I'm tired of having to get out of bed to see the satellite directory.

Personally, I think the Sharp Aquos are the best on the market. Brightest picture, widest angle of view, and pixels fail "off" instead of "on."
