I need help with Another Universe (1 Viewer)

Please can anyone help me at all? My wife ordered 1 copy of the box set of "my so called life" They have already taken the money from her bank account Twice! SO almost £100 + has gone! I have tried e-mailing on many occasions them with no response. I feel we have been taken for a ride. Can anyone help me?

There was the big fuss over the "kiddie porn" mailings/spam, as well as the supposed request that we give them the rest of the cash for the kit up front.

I have not seen that request, and I will now be watching my card VERY carefully for any unauthorized requests/payments.

Over all I am starting to get very unhappy with the issues surrounding the attampt to put MSCL out on DVD.

I, too, pre-ordered the MSCL DVD set.

I thought it was bald-faced dishonesty to (however minor) charge another $1 for "insurance" for pre-order payments. I too will be watching my card's charges now that you mentioned this.

I don't think we'll see too many more sets put out like this, BMG has to be more than a little disappointed with the results.
