My HT is composed of HK AVR-525 with B&W 603 Front L/R, surrounds 601 and center cc6. I am recently thinking of changing cables for front speakers. Has anyone tried to bi-wire AVR-525 and will it make any difference in sound. For the time being I have some no-brand flat tape silver cables but perhaps it is better to replace them for some decent cables instead of bi-wiring the fronts? What cables would you recommend for B&W 603? best regards, Adam:)

There are a couple schools of thought on this subject. I fall into the school that says bi-wiring does nothing for you. Bi-amping, on the other hand, could certainly make a difference. If you're just looking for new cables look at some of the sponsors at the top of the page like BlueJeans. Or, if you'd like to make your own, go down to HomeDepot and get some oxygen-free copper wire around 14ga.
