Fleischer Color Classics DVD, is this a layer change or a glitch? (1 Viewer)

In Greedy Humpty Dumpty, at the 5:10 mark just after Humpty cracks the whip, it seems to pause and restart like a layer change. It just seems a strange decision to put a layer change in the middle of a cartoon, so I just wanted to confirm.

Which release do you have? I seem to remember them rereleasing it with a few improvements possibly addressing this issue. I can't get to my DVDs to check though.

That's the version I have. Playing back on the internal drive on my iMac, using the Apple DVD Player application, I get no pause or glitch at that point; plays through with no interruption whatever.
