Hello,
We are getting a fireplace which I didn't really keep in mind when planning my speaker layout. Specifically the heat coming of that thing... Does anybody have any experience with how hot the air from a convective fireplace is really?
This is what it would look like:
My surround speaker would be on the wall with the grills. There's probably about 40-50 cm between the grill and the ceiling. Obviously, it would be right above it :-(
And here the floorplan for the surrounds and atmos speakers:
Sofa on the right, TV on the left. Towers next to the TV, aligned with the atmos speakers.
Any idea what to do with my left surround speaker? Unfortunately I can't put it on a speaker stand nor can I put it in that opening. It's where we walk all the time from the living room to the kitchen.
Thanks!
