DWIN TransVision 3 + TV3 (1 Viewer)

I have a problem with my system and am wondering if anyone else has encountered this -- and resolved it.

The system comes on fine, but the projector projects a white (light is on) screen. Not only does the video not project, but neither does the menu from the TransVision3 device.

sounds like a hand shake issue.
turn every thing off and start over.
Try:
Turning the processor / PJ on first...then the source. If this doesnt work...
then try:
Turning everything off and turn the source on first, then the processor / PJ.
