DVD Player Christmas Gift (1 Viewer)

Got a question...
I'm looking to get my parents a DVD player for Christmas. They only have my old Onkyo Pro-Logic recvr. And a really old tv.
I currently own a Panasonic RV-80 and really like it. I was thinking of getting them a Panasonic RV-31.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Sounds good to me. I'm going to purchase one within the next month. Good interlaced player at a good price point. Only thing it doesn't have is time remaining counter.
