DTS problems with Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (1 Viewer)

Ghost In The Shell Volume 03 DTS and Pixelation problem.

I understand Bandai is a fantastic company and they will support your purchase, however maybe they need to find somebody else to press there DVD's?

It seems the 3rd release has been delayed in Canada. No one has it that I've seen, and HMV told me it's delayed until dec 7. Anyone else have this problem?
