I believe it's exactly the same transfer and extras (trailer + Jack Cardiff commentary), although it has optional Dutch subs instead of English subs for the deaf and hearing impaired.
The cover art is also the same (except for the Dutch parental advisory logo), although it comes in a regular Amaray keepcase (the UK version has a custum cardboard cover):

The price is extremely cheap in the Netherlands: it can be bought for €7 (equals about US$ 6.85) in most stores!

Everywhere I've looked for it online at Dutch etailers they are asking about 15-20 Euro!

Minor point, but if I'm not mistaken the US Dollar has fallen below the Euro since two or three months ago, so it would be more like $7.14.
