Watched a very good episode of Minder last night to commemorate Dennis Waterman's passing (S2's "Don't Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here.") A great TV star, with not one, not two, but three iconic British TV series under his belt (as Keith mentions above), as well as several other lesser-known shows, appearances in assorted TV plays, films, etc. He was a consistently good, charismatic performer, IMO seen at his absolute best as scrappy, big-hearted tough guy Terry McCann on Minder. May he R.I.P.
